What is the extension policy?
The initial access period for all Dearborn courses is 6 months. Anything not completed after 6 months would need an extension.Dearborn policy also allows students 18 months from initial date of purchase to complete the course. If not completed within 18 months, the student will need to repurchase and start over. When allowed by the regulatory body, the school then notifies the REcampus Technical Support team to implement the extension where appropriate. Student requests sent directly to the REcampusTechnical Support Team will not be accepted. All properly requested and approved extension requests will be processed within two business days.
What is your cancellation policy?
Gorelik Group will refund the purchase price of any course if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase, prior to course expiration, and the course is not more than 50% completed.There will not be any refunds for any expired courses or courses past the original expiration date.
